Kodiak Sciences Files Registration Statement for Proposed Initial Public Offering

Palo Alto, CA, September 7, 2018 – Kodiak Sciences Inc. today announced that it has filed a registration statement on Form S-1 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission relating to a proposed initial public offering of its common stock. The number of shares to be offered and the price range for the proposed offering have not yet been determined. Kodiak intends to list its common stock on the Nasdaq Global Market under the ticker symbol “KOD.”


Morgan Stanley and BofA Merrill Lynch are acting as joint book-running managers for the proposed offering. Barclays is also acting as a book-running manager for the offering. Chardan will act as lead manager.
